- One production line producing 50 ton of pellets per day

- Investment partially covered through a government supported Production Modernisation Program

- pellet cold press
- conveyors and storage silo
- robotic packing line
Managed engineering activities in a design and installation phase of the project including commissioning staff and contractors (20+).
Actively liaised with the customer, who is the most prominent European dowel manufacturer in all phases of the project, including the initial brainstorming and pre-project activities. The liaison continued with regulating bodies during final stages for final approval certificate.
Finish the project within the specified deadline, needed to successfully participate in a government supported program for investments in new equipment.
